Last updated: 1 January 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 10cuci platform and its associated services. By accessing or using 10cuci, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
All users must be at least 21 years of age. 10cuci enforces strict age verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one 10cuci account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where a conflict arises.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10cuci login credentials. 10cuci accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by user negligence.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where 10cuci is licensed. Users are responsible for ensuring online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction before registering.
10cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager through 10cuci, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.
2.3 These Terms are supplemented by the 10cuci Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3.2 10cuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
Age Restriction: 10cuci is strictly 21+. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently terminated and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
4.1 To use the paid features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form.
4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on 10cuci. Duplicate registrations — including accounts registered using different email addresses, names, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.4 10cuci shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials confidential. You must notify 10cuci immediately via support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All Accounts on 10cuci are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency is fixed at registration and cannot subsequently be altered.
5.1 10cuci accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. Accepted methods are subject to change and will be reflected on the Deposit page.
5.2 All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the funding source.
5.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction. 10cuci does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.4 Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and within standard banking hours for FPX and online banking transfers. 10cuci is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 10cuci reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit to satisfy Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the Account holder must have completed KYC verification to 10cuci's satisfaction, including but not limited to: submission of government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and volume of pending requests at the time.
6.4 Any Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be included in a withdrawal request. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus attached are subject to standard verification only.
6.5 10cuci reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where unusual wagering patterns, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms is identified.
7.1 Promotional offers made available by 10cuci are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In all cases, a Wagering Requirement applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses:

8.1 All games offered on the 10cuci Platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers and are governed by the rules set by those providers. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface.
8.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and published Return-to-Player (RTP) accuracy. 10cuci does not modify or influence RNG outcomes.
8.3 Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in certified studios and streamed via third-party providers. The integrity of live game outcomes is governed by the respective provider's certification and protocols.
8.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by 10cuci's server and the relevant game provider's logs shall be the authoritative source. Client-side records are not accepted as evidence.
8.5 If a game malfunctions during a wager, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Account. 10cuci is not liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10cuci Platform. Breach of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the 10cuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual elements, is the property of 10cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are conferred.
10.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 10cuci's express written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10cuci's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.2 10cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.3 10cuci does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
11.4 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. 10cuci does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account.

13.1 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 10cuci customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

14.1 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you must first contact 10cuci's customer support team in writing and allow a reasonable period of no less than 14 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and a resolution proposed.
14.2 If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal complaint process, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory or licensing authority as advised in the resolution correspondence.
14.3 These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts as specified by 10cuci's licensing authority.
15.1 10cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use and request Account closure.
15.3 The version of the Terms dated 1 January 2026 supersedes all prior versions.
